Every time a mechanic works on a brake drum assembly, hazardous fibres are released into the air. Anyone in or near the work area - including the general public - can and is likely to ingest this hazardous dust. Recognizing the critical need for a safer, more effective way to minimise hazardous dust and asbestos exposure, Minuteman has developed the Brake Drum Vacuum System. Patented clear vinyl hood allows for total visibility during the clean up process, neoprene gloves built into the shroud assembly prevents skin contact. The units are designed to safely trap and remove mercury, chemicals, asbestos, nuclear and a wide variety of hazardous materials. Each unit features a three (3) stage vacuum motor for low noise levels which also provides very high suction rating of 2,159mm to 3,302mm water lift subject to selected model.

MRS - This specially adapted critical filter vacuum system recovers liquid mercury and cleans mercury contaminated dry and liquid soil and air.
